1. An automated policy development tool (Full SGI compliance package only)
   This tool will allow you to “plug in” specific information for your site and produce a SGI, SGI-M or 2.390(d) Security Policy document that will meet all NRC requirements. Specific questions and examples provide you with detailed descriptions of the type of information you need to “plug in.”
   
   
2. Future Development 
   A staff/subcontractor training program (Full SGI compliance package only)
   Designed for your staff and/or subcontractors with the information they are required to have and you are required to provide. The program includes a completion certificate for the employee to sign and turn over to you. This certificate establishes that they have been trained and understand their responsibilities. The certificate also provides proof that you have fulfilled your legal responsibility.
   
   
3. Future Development 
   A Security Manager training program (Full SGI compliance package only) 
   A training program that develops the security manager’s ability to properly identify, mark, remove from the category and destroy SGI, SGI-M or 2.390 (d) information. This training program explains how to review employee screening results and make “reliability and trustworthiness” determinations that include due process considerations.
   
   
4. Process for determining "Trustworthiness and Reliability" Document
    (Full SGI compliance package only)
   This document outlines and guides you through the process of determining who is "Trustworthy and Reliable” in terms acceptable to the NRC. A checklist guides you through the process and explains what must be done when an individual does not meet the criteria.
    
5. NRC required “Trustworthiness and Reliability” investigations
   Allows you to conduct the required screening investigations of your staff and provides you with documented reports of those investigations. Enercorp Federal Services has simplified the investigative process into one easy investigation that meets the applicable NRC regulations.
   
   
6. Access to NRC approved encryption software
   Allows you to acquire software that provides for secure email capabilities with other entities that you may need to communicate SGI-M information. Freely distributable encryption reader allows others to receive (one-way) secure emails from you. Two-way communications between parties will require multiple copies of the software.
   
   
7. Notification of changes to the NRC orders and access to software
   updates that address any changes (Full SGI compliance package only)
   For a period of one year from membership start date Enercorp Federal Services will analyze and address any changes or additions to NRC regulations that might affect your business. Information about, and explanation of changes will be posted in our membership area. Any changes to existing software or additional access to other resources will be provided as needed.
